Beware of Hotel Scams and Unauthorized Solicitation

It has come to our attention that third-party companies are contacting CruiseWorld exhibitors and attendees, falsely claiming to represent our event or to offer hotel booking services on our behalf.

Please be aware: CruiseWorld has not authorized any third-party housing companies or travel agencies to handle hotel accommodations for this event. The only official way to book within our discounted hotel block is during event registration.

These unauthorized solicitors—often referred to as "hotel pirates"—frequently claim access to special rates or exclusive room blocks that do not exist. Their tactics may include:

• Charging non-refundable deposits

• Providing false or misleading hotel information

• Requesting credit card details to “guarantee” bookings

• Imposing hidden or excessive service fees

Do not share personal or payment information with these companies. If you are contacted by any suspicious party claiming to work with CruiseWorld, we recommend that you do not respond.
