VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS, RETAIL EVENTS, NORTHSTAR TRAVEL GROUP
Theresa's brain is essentially the computer behind this entire operation. She knows where everyone is staying, when you applied, who is responsible for every single thing at the event, and the ins & outs of appointments. If Theresa doesn't know the answer, then none of us know the answer. :) Theresa and her husband welcomed their first grandchild in 2022 and are expecting another grandson in April of 2023. When she is not busy working on our events she enjoys spending all of her time Upstate New York with her growing family.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, TRAVEL GROUP GLOBAL EVENTS, NORTHSTAR TRAVEL GROUP
Alicia is charged with accelerating the growth and managing Northstar's trade show and event portfolio which includes CruiseWorld, CruiseWorld China, Global Travel Marketplace (GTM) events, Phocuswright, MTS and more. Alicia still applies what she learned in kindergarten: she says thank you, she shares, and she cares. Her lean figure is a mystery to all as she eats like a football player.

SOCIAL MEDIA ASSOCIATE
Alizajane is our newest team member, joining us as a Social Media Associate. She promotes our retail brands online to ensure you get your travel updates as soon as possible. As a recent graduate from the University of South Carolina, she’s moved to New York City to start a career in the travel industry. Outside of the office you can find her exploring the city, going to concerts, or at the mall!

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, TRADE RECRUITMENT & ENGAGEMENT
Jen is the Travel Advisor Acquisition Director for CruiseWorld...and even she isn't totally sure what that title means. To the team, it means she is the one who makes sure we have the best, brightest, most enthusiastic and most professional travel agent attendees in the business. She genuinely cares that we provide top notch attendees for our suppliers and she cares EVEN MORE that we provide the best experience and the best opportunities for all of you. She's a travel advisor, a phenomenal writer, a creative type and a super sports mom!

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE, NORTHSTAR TRAVEL GROUP
Brad works alongside Emmy Morales and is responsible for sales for CruiseWorld, GTM, GTM West, and the Future Leaders in Travel Retreat. He is kind, humble, and caring, and is willing to assist clients in almost any way possible. When he is not busy selling our events, you can find him in a yoga studio, cooking terrific meals, or rooting hard for the Ohio State Buckeyes!

SENIOR MARKETING ASSOCIATE, EVENTS, NORTHSTAR TRAVEL GROUP
Abigail joins the Events team with a diverse background in B2B & B2C marketing. She will be responsible for marketing events across Northstar Travel Groups Retail Travel division. Abigail grew up in the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York and attended Clemson University in South Carolina. Outside of the office, she can be found trying new restaurants & recipes, exploring NYC, or cheering for the Clemson Tigers.

MARKETING MANAGER
Tori is the marketing manager for our team. In addition to CruiseWorld, she also works on Mountain Travel Symposium, GTM and GTM West, and Future Leaders in Travel Retreat. She’s the voice behind the curtain for all of CruiseWorld’s General Sessions, making sure they go off without a hitch! When she’s not documenting her life on Instagram, she’s probably exploring a new place with her GoPro, rooting for the New York Giants, or singing along to her favorite songs at a concert.

EVENT COORDINATOR, NORTHSTAR TRAVEL GROUP
Ximena is the newest addition to our team as Event Coordinator. You will likely become very familiar with her name through all her emails regarding hotels, registration and many other details about the event. She went to San Diego State University where she studied Hospitality and Tourism and now resides in New York City. Having lived in 10 cities and visited over 25 countries, she has always had a passion for travel and is very excited about what her future on the team entails.

VICE PRESIDENT, SALES, RETAIL TRAVEL GROUP EVENTS, NORTHSTAR TRAVEL GROUP
Emmy is responsible for all the sales goals for CruiseWorld, GTM and GTM West. In reality, she is a one woman tornado! She works hard, plays hard and networks hard! She builds relationships that really mean something by being genuine, caring, and funny as heck. It's guaranteed that at some point during CruiseWorld, Emmy will bring a smile to your face!

TRADESHOW OPERATIONS MANAGER, CRUISEWORLD
Kathy is Tradeshow Operations Manager for CruiseWorld. She is responsible for overseeing onsite event logistics at CruiseWorld. Kathy also works closely with exhibitors to ensure that they have a smooth experience before, during and after the event. Kathy enjoys sailing and life at the Jersey shore.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING AND PARTNERSHIPS, THE TRAVEL GROUP, NORTHSTAR TRAVEL GROUP
Mary Pat has been in the leisure travel industry for 30+ years. She leads the marketing team for the Northstar Retail Travel Group. Charged with positioning and messaging the Northstar portfolio to suppliers and advisors, she is often a familiar voice on webinars and on stage at our live events. Mary Pat brings to our events a wealth of industry knowledge, strong industry relationships (which attract top-level icons), and an energetic stage presence that combines with intelligence and humor. She is married to her college sweetheart and has two beautiful children, Dylan and Colleen, and her first grandchild, Stella!

MARKETING DIRECTOR, NORTHSTAR TRAVEL GROUP
The reason both suppliers and agents know about this great event is because Catherine delivers the CruiseWorld messaging in print and digital! She's responsible for our catchy and unique campaigns that highlight what CruiseWorld is all about. Her editorial background means she's a fantastic writer and has a keen eye for detail. In addition to being our weekly marketing consultant, she is smart, intuitive, super nice and a great human being — she gets life!
